Thank you for considering me to design cookies for you! Please give 2-4 days to respond to your inquiry. Inquiries will be answered in the order received. I cannot ship orders. ie:

    ~Birthday - "Jo is turning four. She would love snowflakes incorporated"

    ~Bridal Shower - "Bride is Beck. Groom is King Henry III. Married last name will be

             Smith. I would love minimalist designs."

You MUST state any allergens to nuts, dairy, etc as most of the recipes contains allergens. All recipes contain gluten.

I acknowledge that this form does not guarantee my order. 

Once invoice is sent, invoice must be paid to finish booking. Payment is required in order to fully book.

I allow Wildflour Bakery creative freedom with the cookie designs.

I understand Wildflour Bakery will not replicate a set designed by anyone else. 

I acknowledge that the pick-up location is in Broussard, La.
